And here's the exciting part: our team is growing! We are currently looking for a YouTube Growth Specialist.

Role overview:

A hired person will be responsible for expanding the Mindful Souls channel’s reach and engagement by relying on smart content strategy and audience connection. This role blends creativity with analytics: you’ll plan and optimise videos that capture attention, keep viewers watching, and turn them into loyal subscribers. From researching trends and refining thumbnails to fostering community conversations, you’ll own the organic growth journey end-to-end.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy that drives organic growth.

• Research trends, keywords, and audience insights to guide content creation.

• Optimise video titles, descriptions and tags for best discoverability.

• Monitor channel analytics and recommend data-backed improvements.

• Manage community engagement — reply to comments, run polls, and keep viewers nurtured.

• Experiment with formats of Shorts, Stories and livestreams to boost reach.

• Collaborate with internal content creators and marketing operations.

Must-haves:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-Commerce space.

• Proven experience growing a YouTube channel organically.

• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithm behaviour.

• Creativity in content ideation and storytelling.

• Ability to interpret data and translate conclusions into actionable insights.

• Very good communication and collaboration skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
