And here's the exciting part: we are growing! Currently, we are on the lookout for a Media Buyer to join our Growth Team.

• Launch and optimise Meta ads campaigns ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Manage varied budgets while meeting specified CPA/ROAS targets for distinct product categories.

• Utilise analytical tools to produce performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Search for cost-effective ways to reach the defined target audience.

• Work closely with content and marketing teams by giving insights and suggestions to shape new campaigns.

Must-haves:

• At least 3-4 years of experience effectively managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in the e-Commerce/ online retail industry.

• Proven track record of achievements in driving a substantial traffic and conversions across Meta platforms.

• Knowledge of consumer's buying habits in English-speaking countries like the US, UK and Australia.

• Advanced proficiency in analytics, interpreting data, and adapting strategies based on data insights.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently with fostering collaboration within team-oriented projects.

• Internal drive to expand the market knowledge and stay updated on the latest developments in paid advertising.
