VGL is looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate is experienced in performance marketing, audience targeting, and ad creatives, with a strong ability to impact ROI and scale campaigns efficiently.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan or remote.
- Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve business goals (leads, conversions, sales).
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests.
- Create and test various ad creatives, headlines, and messaging to optimize performance.
- Analyse ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Optimise ad spend, bid strategies, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
- A/B test different ad variations (copy, images, videos, CTA, etc.).
- Implement retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value.
- Utilise first-party data, CRM insights, and pixel data to enhance targeting strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, key learnings, and growth opportunities.
Job requirements
Must-haves:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in paid advertising, especially Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimisation.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of ad copywriting and design best practices.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
