And here's the exciting part: our team is growing! We are currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Expert.

Role overview:

You’ll have the opportunity to shape and expand our influencer marketing strategy, working with influential personalities and cutting-edge platforms. We are committed to fostering creativity and innovation, and you'll be empowered to bring fresh ideas and strategies to the table, contributing to the company's growth and success.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Building Influencer Relationships: Identify and approach relevant influencers who align with our brand values and audience.

• Managing Collaborations: Cultivate solid, long-term relationships with influencers to create impactful campaigns and collaborations.

• Auditing Existing Relationships: Evaluate influencer partnerships to ensure they align with brand objectives and drive results.

• Measuring Campaign Success: Analyze performance data and provide insightful reports, tracking KPIs like conversions, engagement, and orders through influencer partnerships.

• Running Paid Ads via Safelisting: Work with influencers to allow their content for paid ad campaigns, maximizing reach and driving sales.

Must-haves:

• 2-3+ years of experience leading influencer marketing for a B2C e-commerce brand.

• Deep knowledge of industry trends and the ability to identify new marketing opportunities.

• A creative mindset to develop influencer campaigns from the ground up.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign success.

• Familiarity with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Very good spoken and written English skills.

• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
