Role overview:

In this position, you will be responsible for writing and editing persuasive and engaging short- and long-format copy, such as product descriptions, social media ads, and occasionally blog posts. Your skills and dedication will help maintain a strong connection with our audience and reinforce trust in the product offerings. We offer a permanent part-time role, with an expected availability of 20 hours per week.

• You will be part of a Copy Team responsible for articulating the unique value of Mindful Souls items to the passionates of spirituality.

In this role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Write and refine product descriptions, related to spirituality and crystals.

• Deliver input for ads running through our social media (Instagram, Facebook, Google).

• Review written forms prepared by other team members.

• Help writing other kinds of texts.

• Ensure your work meets modern copywriting standards.

• Utilise AI tools efficiently with smart prompts and NLP-friendly content rewriting.

Must-haves:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proven track record in preparing copy for e-Commerce brands, preferably selling lifestyle or consumer products.

• Documented skills in writing advertising texts for online retail.

• Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills (C2 or native level).

• Flexibility to adapt writing style based on the brand's tone, copy format and target audience.

• Remote work discipline, demonstrating self-drive, reliability, and accountability.

• Very good skills in leveraging AI tools to expedite the writing process while maintaining a high level of creativity and personalisation.

• Being knowledgeable in topics related to mindfulness, spirituality, and crystals.

What we'll appreciate:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced qualification in Content Writing, Journalism or Communication.

• Portfolio of your projects, showcasing copywriting skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects.
